Sofiva Genomics Medical Laboratory Achieves ISO 15189 Accreditation Renewal and Scope Extension
Congratulations! Sofiva Genomics Medical Laboratory（Accreditation Number：4062） has officially been accredited by the Taiwan Accreditation Foundation（TAF）, achieving the ISO 15189 Accreditation Renewal and Scope Extension （Effective Period：2026/03/28 ~ 2029/03/27）. In addition to maintaining accreditation for all existing testing items, we have further expanded our accredited scope to include the following two new testing items:"HRR Testing" and "Alzheimer's Disease Genetic Testing-APOE". This demonstrates that our testing quality meets international standards while we continue to expand our testing services.
