We are pleased to announce that Sofiva Genomics Medical Laboratory has officially been granted LDTs Accreditation by Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA), Ministry of Health and Welfare on June 18, 2026, with five new testing items added: • SOFIVA Cancer Monitor v2.2 • SOFIVA Cancer Monitor v3.0 • SOFIVA Cancer Track • Genetic Testing for DNA Sequencing Analysis of Single Genes • Genetic Testing for Gene Dosage Analysis of Single Genes A total of 42 testing items have now been approved, representing strong recognition of our laboratory's technical excellence and commitment to quality management. Congratulations! Sofiva Genomics Medical Laboratory（Accreditation Number：4062） has officially been accredited by the Taiwan Accreditation Foundation（TAF）, achieving the ISO 15189 Accreditation Renewal and Scope Extension （Effective Period：2026/03/28 ~ 2029/03/27）. In addition to maintaining accreditation for all existing testing items, we have further expanded our accredited scope to include the following two new testing items:"HRR Testing" and "Alzheimer's Disease Genetic Testing-APOE". This demonstrates that our testing quality meets international standards while we continue to expand our testing services.
